The opportunity: Emerging markets are the growth engine of the global economy, projected to
drive the majority of global GDP growth this decade powered by young populations, rapid
urbanisation, digital leapfrogging and a rising middle class.

In markets where legacy infrastructure never existed, entrepreneurs are building leaner, more inclusive solutions from the ground up.Nubia is designed to capture that window, offering a disciplined blend of high-growth exposure and ESG-aligned value creation in markets the broader market has yet to price correctly.
Strategy.

The Fund targets proven, scaling businesses (Series B–D) with clear paths to
profitability, in a concentrated, actively managed portfolio across our target regions and five
sectors: fintech, renewable energy, healthtech, agritech and logistics. Investment is guided by three
structural tailwinds  decarbonisation, digital leapfrogging and inclusive growth.

ESG at the core: ESG is embedded in every investment, not bolted on afterward. We align our
climate-risk reporting with recognised standards (TCFD, SASB), pursue gender-lens objectives,
and target measurable outcomes in jobs, financial inclusion and decarbonisation.
